Meet Dr. Jade Wienbar

My path to naturopathic medicine grew out of a deep admiration for the human body - its complexity, its resilience, and its remarkable capacity to heal. That fascination is still what drives me today. I'm drawn to this work because it lets me combine curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based care to help people feel more connected to their bodies and more confident in the decisions they make about their health.

My focus

My clinical practice centers on women's health, gastrointestinal health, mental health, and chronic disease. I have a particular passion for supporting patients through metabolic concerns, autoimmunity, and the transitional phases of perimenopause and menopause — stages of life that deserve far more attention and care than they typically get.

I also have a special interest in supporting people who have felt off for a long time without clear answers — whether that's chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, or dysautonomia and related conditions like POTS, MCAS, and hypermobility. These conditions are often complex, frequently misunderstood, and can take years to be properly recognized. I want patients navigating them to feel truly seen, and to have a provider willing to dig deeper alongside them.

How I practice

My approach is thorough and integrative. I draw on both conventional and functional lab testing, always working to understand each person as a whole — not a list of symptoms to manage. That means taking real time to listen: to your symptoms, yes, but also your lifestyle, your history, and what you actually want out of your care. Together, we look at the full picture and build a plan that feels both supportive and effective.

I recognize that women are so often misunderstood, overlooked, or dismissed within the healthcare system. Creating a different kind of space is central to how I practice — one where you feel truly heard, where your concerns are taken seriously, and where empathy and real solutions go hand in hand.
