These are my areas of specialty — the conditions I see most often, and the ones I've built my practice around.

Perimenopause & Menopause Support

Hormonal shifts in perimenopause and menopause can affect nearly every system in the body — sleep, mood, energy, weight, and more. I help patients understand what's happening hormonally and build a plan that may include hormone replacement therapy (HRT), alongside nutrition, lifestyle, and nervous system support. The goal is to help you feel like yourself again and to find joy through this transition, not just manage individual symptoms as they come up.

Gastrointestinal Health

Chronic digestive symptoms are rarely just about digestion — they're often connected to immune function, hormones, and the nervous system. I use functional GI testing to get a clearer picture of what's happening beneath the surface, and support patients through chronic conditions with a plan that addresses both the gut itself and the systems it's connected to.

Immune Dysfunction

This category covers a range of conditions where the immune and nervous systems are dysregulated together, including histamine dysregulation, chronic viral infections, dysautonomia, and POTS. These conditions can be complex and are often missed or dismissed in conventional care. I take the time to piece together the full picture and build a treatment plan that addresses the underlying dysfunction, not just individual symptoms.

Autoimmunity

For patients with autoimmune conditions, I focus on both symptom support and the underlying immune dysregulation driving the condition. This means looking beyond standard panels to understand what's triggering immune activity in the first place — whether that's gut health, stress, infections, or other factors — and building a plan that addresses the root cause, not just the antibody numbers.

Metabolic Support

I work with patients on weight management, pre-diabetes, and broader metabolic health, using diet and lifestyle as the foundation. Rather than generic recommendations, I build plans around your specific labs, history, and daily life — so the changes are sustainable and actually address what's driving the metabolic picture.

Mental Health

I provide both psychiatric medication management and nutraceutical support, so patients have a full range of options rather than a single approach. This includes medication consultation and management when appropriate, alongside functional and nervous system support — often for patients whose mental health symptoms are intertwined with hormonal, immune, or gut issues. The goal is a plan that treats the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
